Journey Highlights
Ecuador is a microcosm of the great diversity of South America, it’s multiplicity of ecological zones are manifest through incomparable wildlife, changing landscapes and ethnic heritage. Straddling the equator, this unique setting comprises towering 21,000 foot volcanoes over emerald-green inter-Andean sierra, infinite waterways winding through unending jungles and tropical rain forest — and beyond its Pacific mainland, an enchanted group of islands lost in time.  

Our programs appeal to many varied interests including archaeological ruins, colonial cities and architecture, Indian markets, handicrafts and art, mountain trekking, bird

 watching and journeys through the famous Avenue of the Volcanoes, parks, nature reserves, jungle lodges and thermal springs. The photographic opportunities will never end. Each excursion departs from and returns to Quito and is accompanied by a local bilingual certified guide. 

Accommodations selected outside Quito on multi-day tours are traditional, very comfortable and reminiscent of the regions that we visit. Meals comprise the fresh local produce and are a blend of ethnic and international specialties.  

Our programs require minimum 2 guests to operate and may be taken independently to create a complete Ecuadorian experience, or added to your Galapagos cruise program for an enhanced vacation.
